GRE Advanced Scores only required if your BA is not in Psychology (institution code is 1105, no department code)

Previous Transcripts sent directly from the institution

Three Letters of Recommendation sent directly from the recommender (either online or via mail, sealed w/ signature across back flap)

Resume or CV (optional)

Applying Online

When applying online, you are able to submit your Application, Clinical Supplemental Application, Application Fee, and Personal Statement during the application process. You are also able to submit the e-mail addresses of your 3 recommenders. Instructions will then be e-mailed to them regarding submitting their recommendations online. Please contact ETS to submit your GRE scores to Case.

If applying online, the only items that need to be mailed are your previous transcripts, and your CV.

Applying By Mail

When applying by mail, send Part B of the application and your application fee to the School of Graduate Studies. If they are sent to the Department of Psychology, they will be returned to you. All other materials should be sent directly to the Department of Psychology
