HOW TO APPLY

You are able to submit your Application, Clinical Supplemental Application, Application Fee, Personal Statement, CV, and writing samples during the online application process. You are also prompted to submit the e-mail addresses of your 3 recommenders. Instructions will then be e-mailed to them regarding submitting their recommendations online. Please contact ETS to submit your GRE scores to Case.

When applying online, the only item(s) that needs to be mailed is your previous transcript(s).

As soon as your application is received, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the applicant. We will also notify applicants when their application is complete. Interview invitations to visit the department are sent out by e-mail or phone early February. If applicants would like to know the status of their application, they should contact the faculty member they indicated on their application. For all other inquiries, first read our FAQ page.
